A method for manufacturing a light diffusion plate by using a light diffusion resin composition is provided to improve light diffusion and light permeability. A method for manufacturing a light diffusion plate by using a light diffusion resin composition comprises the steps of (S10) injecting the light diffusion resin composition into a silo to remove moisture and foreign materials at 75~80°C for 150~180 min in a dehumidification drier; (S20) injecting the light diffusion resin where moisture and foreign materials are removed into the hopper of an extruder to melt and extrude it in the extruder; (S30) supplying the molten light diffusion resin to a T die via the channel of a feeder block by the pressure of the extruder; (S40) extruding the molten light diffusion resin supplied to the T die into a light diffusion plate of a constant wide width in the T die having a streamline channel; (S50) passing the light diffusion plate extruded in the T die through a polishing 3 stage roller to control the thickness deviation; and (S60) coating the upper and lower surfaces of the light diffusion plate with a protective film with transferring it through a guide conveyor and cutting it by a constant length.
