Lavatory seat assembly motorization consisting in using the power of a magnet through the support wall of said lavatory seat assembly. A moveable magnet (1) located under the wall (7) having a moon shape causes the movement of the seat (8) and the lid (9) along a circular arc at least from the horizontal position to the vertical position, wherein said lavatory seat assembly is provided with a magnetic means (2) that is located opposite the moveable magnet.
