<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid writing instrument which is hard to break during use and highly user-friendly enabling a clear color change in the handwriting, eliminating the contamination of the marginal part of the writing surface while the discoloration is made by friction, and to provide a solid writing instrument set using it. <P>SOLUTION: A reversibly thermochromic compound, including at least an electron-releasing coloring organic compound a, an electron-receiving compound b, a reaction medium c for reversibly generating the electron releasing and receiving reaction by the components a and b in a predetermined temperature range, is maintained and formed in a diluent wax in a dispersion state, thereby comprising the solid writing instrument of 1 to 30 in penetration degree, the solid writing instrument set comprised of the solid writing instrument and a friction element being provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
