<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally execute policy management to a file as a whole organization while distributing it to a plurality of servers. <P>SOLUTION: A policy server 30 includes: a policy information storage part 37 for storing policy setting information including policy ID and a set policy; a server list storage part 38 for storing the server list of the other policy server 30; and a document relevant information storage part 39 for storing the document to be managed, the policy and each ID of the registerer of the document in association. A policy list provision part 31 generates a policy list by extracting information related with the policy which can be set for the user from a policy information storage part 37, and also acquiring the information from the policy server 30 registered in the server list in response to a policy list inquiry request including user ID, and returns the policy list to a policy list inquiry request transmission source. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
