<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell panel that hardly holds water between a solar cell panel body and a frame and can automate a process of fitting the frame to the solar cell panel body. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell panel includes the solar cell panel body 3, the frame 2, and a joint portion 4. The solar cell panel body 3 has a substrate 31 having a photoelectric conversion cell 32 mounted on a first surface 3a. The frame 2 has a nearly L sectional shape.
