PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make braking force to a vehicle by rotational resistance of an internal combustion engine operate more reliably and to suppress abrupt variation in torque from a motor when a shift position is changed to a position for braking in accelerator-off operation during a travel by the power from the motor.
SOLUTION: When it is decided that cranking of the engine is started within a predetermined time (S120, S130), the engine is cranked by the motor MG1 within a range of an input limit Win of a battery (S200). Consequently, motoring of the engine can be started more reliably as compared with use of an input limit Winb for B position etc., imposed from the input limit Win of the battery. After the cranking of the engine ends (S190), the engine is motored within a range of input limits gradually changing up to the input limit Winb for B position (S220 to S260). Consequently, torque variation of the motor MG1 can be suppressed.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
