<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the position of food and to vary a transmission output of wireless communication. <P>SOLUTION: An information collecting means 32 for obtaining temperature information detects the position of food that is an obstacle to the wireless communication with a temperature sensor means 36 inside a refrigerating chamber 2 by a position detecting means 31, varies the transmission output by a transmission output varying means according to the detected information, raises the output level of a magnetic field outputted by the transmission output varying means 34 when detecting that there are lots of foods and it is hard for the magnetic field energy to reach a second antenna means 36 of a wireless tag means 37, and transmits it via a wireless communication means 33 and a first antenna means 35, and obtains temperature information by a temperature sensor means 38 provided to the wireless tag means 37.
