<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire winding method and a wire winding machine capable of keeping particularly, alignment property of a first layer, cross-point position stability, and the like while wire rod filamentizing, core diameter decrease, core cross-section diversification, and the like are in progress, and therefore capable of performing a higher-speed winding, and time-saving in setup at the time of change of product. <P>SOLUTION: The positioning of a fixed side spool 32, a wire guide 40, and an unillustrated tension device are determined to remain unchanged in winding on the first layer up to each end, a core 17 and a movable winding frame 14 are intermittently separated from the spool 32 by a predetermined distance until the winding of the first layer is finished likewise, a predetermined gap G that suits the outer diameter of the wire material is kept between a wire material 39 previously wound at a position around which the material 39 is being wound by the separation and the spool 32. Under these circumstances, the wire material fed from the tension device is approaching the gap and is sequentially wound around the core 17, thereby executing the winding of the first layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
