摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inducing reprogramming of a differentiated cell without utilizing an ovum, an embryo, or an ES (embryonic stem) cell, and simply establishing an iPS (induced pluripotent stem) cell having the pluripotency and the growth ability similar to those of the ES cell with good reproducibility. <P>SOLUTION: A factor which is a nuclear reprogramming factor of a somatic cell comprises each gene product of following three kinds of genes: Oct family gene, Klf family gene, and Myc family gene. The iPS cell is derived from the somatic cell and can be obtained without using a germ cell and the ES cell. The iPS has the differentiation pluripotency and the growth ability.
