<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method which can appropriately conduct software limit control for a component-mounting device under various conditions without preparing a number of limit values beforehand, based on each of conditions. <P>SOLUTION: The control method is used to prevent interference between a movable unit and other units to be provided in a component-mounting device and includes: a position acquisition step (S11) for acquiring the present coordinate value for indicating the present position of the movable unit; a limit calculating step (S12) for calculating the limit coordinate value for indicating a limit point where the movable unit will not interfere with other units, when the movable unit is to be moved, based on the present coordinate values; and a movement regulating steps (S13, S14) for regulating the movement of the movable unit, if the present coordinate value reaches the limit coordinate value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
