<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission apparatus and an information transmission system that enable transmission even in situations where cellphones cannot be used in facilities where people are unclothed, such as in swimming pools and public baths. <P>SOLUTION: The information transmission apparatus comprises: a personal identification information reception means for receiving personal identification information by communication with a contactless IC medium comprising a body part using an insulating member, an IC chip disposed in the body part and an antenna for exchanging data including the personal identification information; a password determination means for inputting a personal password and determining whether the personal password is correct; and a transmission information input/output means for enabling the input or output of transmission information if the password determination determines that the password is correct. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
