<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new portable position detector different from conventional ones. <P>SOLUTION: A current position (position information) is detected by the position detector, time information of the time when the position information is calculated is written to an IC tag, and the IC tag 30 is laid in a readable state through a window part 7. According to this, information of the IC tag 30 is read by using a tag reader of a cellular phone, and the read information (customer name, business item, and time) is transmitted to a computer of a business office, whereby the customer name, business item and time are stored in the computer of the business office.
