<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the displacement of a weight in directions perpendicular to vibration damping directions. <P>SOLUTION: The spring constants of elastic bodies 27a, 27b in the vibration damping directions (a, b) are set to be smaller than the spring constants in directions perpendicular to the vibration damping directions.
