<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition which contains a high concentration of a pigment in a dispersed state and has physical properties enabling its stable discharge onto a prescribed position of a substrate by inkjeting. <P>SOLUTION: The ink composition for inkjet recording includes: a resin dispersant (A) obtained by reacting a vinyl polymer (A-a) which shows an affinity for solvents and has a hydroxyl group at one end, a basic vinyl polymer (A-b) having a hydroxyl group at one end and a tetracarboxylic dianhydride (A-c), provided that the vinyl polymer (A-a) is obtained by radical polymerization of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer (A-a1) in the presence of a compound (A-s) having one or two hydroxyl groups and one thiol group within a molecule and that the basic vinyl polymer (A-b) is obtained by radical polymerization of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer (A-b2) containing at least an ethylenically unsaturated monomer (A-b1) having an amino group in the presence of the compound (A-s) having one or two hydroxyl groups and one thiol group within a molecule; a pigment (B); a heat reactive compound (C); and an organic solvent (D). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
