<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food inspection device capable of evaluating the quality of food, with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A near-infrared light L1 outputted from a light source 10 of the food inspection device 1 reaches an irradiation position P1 of an inspection object 40. A surface in parallel with an inspection stand 30, including the irradiation position P1 of the inspection object 40 irradiated with the near-infrared light L1 is used as an irradiation surface S. When the near-infrared light L1 is reflected regularly by the irradiation surface S, the regularly reflected light proceeds along an optical path L2. Meanwhile, the light scattered in the optical path L3 direction is diffused and reflected light by the irradiation position P1 and proceeds along the optical path L3, and reaches a detection part 20. Here, the light source 10 and the detection part 20 are arranged so that an angle a1, formed between a straight line connecting the detection part 20 to the irradiation position P1, namely, the optical path L3, and the optical path L2, when the near-infrared light L1 outputted from the light source 10 is regularly reflected, is such that the angle la becomes larger 45°or greater. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
