PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-reliability electromagnetic wave suppressing heat dissipation sheet having flexibility while having high thermal conductivity and an electromagnetic wave suppressing effect. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic wave suppressing heat dissipation sheet 10 is formed by composing a single magnetic material layer by horizontally arranging multiple small plate-like magnetic materials 12 in a sheet 11 having thermal conductivity. The respective magnetic material plates are each formed into a square shape, and arranged by being aligned nearly in the horizontal and vertical directions.
