PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, a server device, and a program, enabling a user of the information processor to exactly comprehend the situation around the current position such as how point information around the present position is distributed. SOLUTION: The information processor 1 includes: a display attribute value calculating section 20 which calculates a display attribute value for displaying on a map the distribution state of facilities within the map range calculated by a map range calculating section 19 and records the calculated display attribute value in a display attribute value recording section 21; and a display control section 22 which displays, on the basis of the map information recorded in a map recording section 4, the map of the map range and the user's current position on a display screen of a display apparatus 3 and displays on the map, on the basis of the display attribute value recorded in the display attribute value recording section 21, the distribution state of facilities within the map range.
