PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub tap hole device allowing quick and easy carrying out by one person by just replacing a connection joint even if a hot water supply piping and a return hot water piping from a hot water circulation heating tank is either connection piping type of a screw type or a volute insertion type. SOLUTION: The bathtub tap hole device comprises a pair of tap hole joints 100 equipped with a tap hole body 20, an inner insertion pipe 30 with an O-ring fit on an outer circumference face of a rear end 311, formed with a ring-shaped projection 312 engaging with a collar part 411 of a flanged nut 40 in a middle part, and formed with a multistage volute hose connection part or a pipe screwing connection part in a tip 31, and the flanged nut 40 formed with the sectional ring shaped collar part 411 on a tip of a nut part 41 threaded with a female screw 412 fitting with a male screw part 221 of a supply tap hole 22 or a male screw part 231 of a return tap hole 23 in an inner face. Each rear end 311 of the pair of tap hole joints 100 is inserted into the supply tap hole 22 and the return tap hole 23, and connection of the hot water supply piping and the return hot water piping can be fastened by manual screwing by each flange nut 40.
