PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system capable of improving heat exchange effectiveness of a hydraulic fluid and engine cooling water in a neutral state of a hydraulic actuator operating lever. SOLUTION: The cooling system detects the neutral state where a plurality of hydraulic actuators is each not in operation to measure the temperature of the hydraulic oil which is fed from a hydraulic pump and actuates the hydraulic actuators for transmitting motive energy. Further, the cooling system decreases the temperature of the hydraulic oil by means of a cooling fan rotating at a revolution speed depending on an engine rotating speed. Then, from a memory, the cooling system reads-in a hydraulic oil flow corresponding to the measured temperature of the hydraulic oil to perform control of changing the present hydraulic oil flow into the hydraulic oil flow read-in.
