PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerator pedal device to reduce the physique of a device and to improve a toe touching property. SOLUTION: This accelerator pedal device 10 is furnished with a supporting member 50, a connecting member 30, a pedal arm 20 and a spring. The connecting member 30 is supported on the supporting member 50 free to rotate. The pedal arm 20 is fitted in the connecting member 30 and rotates the connecting member by transmitting leg-power of a driver. The spring energizes the pedal arm 20 in the opposite direction of the direction where the leg-power works as one end part of the spring is engaged with the supporting member 50. An end part fitted in the connecting member 30 of the pedal arm 20 has a first fitting part 24 extending in parallel with a rotating axis of the connecting member 30. Consequently, it is possible to reduce plate thickness of the connecting member 30 and to improve the toe touching property. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
