PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high through-put screening of crystallization of a protein using a micro-fluid structure body. SOLUTION: The above problem is solved by an integrated combined mixing chip in one embodiment. Accurate measurement/feeding of a reagent for quickly preparing the large number of latent crystallization condition that attainable formation of crystal is observed on the chip is attained in the mixing chip. In the alternative embodiment, the micro-fluid structure body can be utilized for searching the phase space condition of combination of a specific protein crystallization agent, thereby, the certain condition is identified, and subsequently, the concentrated attempt for obtaining growth of the crystal is attained.
