PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image display easily detecting an abnormal region by quantitatively grasping a change in a displayed medical image. SOLUTION: The medical image display 1 is constituted so that medical image data 30 are acquired to extract the core line 32 of a luminal internal organ 31 (step 101 and step 102), calculation processing of a directional vector (step 104), plane setting processing (step 105), cross-sectional image data creating processing (step 106) and feature quantity calculation processing (step 107) are performed with respect to the respective points e<SB>i</SB>on the core line 32 of the luminal internal organ 31 to calculate feature quantity and the feature quantity is allowed to correspond to the positions of the point e<SB>i</SB>to form a graph (step 110).
