PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massaging device for gently and effectively performing massage which is similar to that with human fingers. SOLUTION: The massaging device 1 includes: a treatment part 3 having a plate-like board 4 made of a flexible material and a plurality of first projections arranged to be downward projected crossing with the plane of the board 4; and a massaging device body 2 having a reciprocally driving mechanism 12 for vertically flexing the board 4. When an amplitude direction in the maximum amplitude part of the board 4 is defined as a center axial line X, the plurality of first projections 5 include: inward treatment surfaces 20 which are formed in a projected curved surface shape so as to allow the distal end 21 to be more separated from the center axial line X than the proximal end; and recessed parts 5A facing outward, whereby the distal ends 21 in the projections 5 are easily elastically deformed. Thus, the contact pressure of the treatment surfaces 20 is mitigated, and the massaging device 1 gently and effectively massages a scalp S, etc., in a way similar to the massage with the human fingers.
