A method for producing extruded food products, in particular confectionery, from at least two partial mass flows from at least one extruder (2), which partial mass flows are fed to at least two inlets (71-74A) (71-74B) of a moulding device (13) having at least one outlet (51-54), together forming a mass flow, wherein at least one of the partial mass flows to the outlet is alternately activated and deactivated, whilst the mass flow continues to flow uninterruptedly, such that the cross-sectional composition of the mass flow will vary in the extrusion direction. |
