The device (OG) has a communication device (KE) e.g. global system for mobile communicationsterminal, automatically building a speech-link or data link to an operations center, and transmitting geographical coordinates detected by a position finding mechanism (OE) i.e. global positioning system receiver, to the operations center. A delivery unit is provided to deliver two different alarming tones by a signal delivery device (SA). The delivery device is provided for attachment at foot of a person leading the delivery device.
