<p>The present invention relates to a valve device for blow moulding machines for blowing compressed air via a blow cylinder (2) into a blow volume with two different pressure levels (P1 and P2), with a pre-blowing valve (8), a main blowing valve (5) and a venting valve (6), wherein the pre-blowing valve (8) is connected to a first pressure feed (P1) and the main blowing valve (5) is connected to a second pressure feed (P2), wherein the first pressure feed (P1) has a lower pressure level than the second pressure feed (P2). In this case, the pre-blowing valve (8) and the main blowing valve (5) are arranged such that they act parallel to each other and the pre-blowing valve (8) is configured as a multiway valve, wherein the first inlet line (9) has a restrictor (12) and a nonreturn valve (13), acting against the feeding direction, and the second inlet line (10) has a nonreturn valve (14), acting in the feeding direction, wherein the outlet line (11) is connected to the outlet line (5') of the main blowing valve (5) and the inlet line (b1) of the venting valve (6). Consequently, the pre-blowing valve (8) can be advantageously used both for the actual pre-blowing process and for the recovery process, whereby the dead volume for the venting does not have to be increased by providing an additional recovery valve.</p> |
