When the adsorbent for endocrine disruptors and foods and drinks containing the same are orally taken either daily or simultaneously with endocrine disruptors typified by bisphenols, alkylphenols and triazines and foods and drinks contaminated therewith, the absorption of these endocrine disruptors into the body can be inhibited and the discharge from the body of the endocrine disruptors, which have been once incorporated into the body, can be promoted.
