<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption, even if the main power of a monitor part is turned off, by turning off the power of a tuner part interlocking with the turning off of the main power of the monitor part, in a television receiver having a built-in radio communication device. <P>SOLUTION: The power of the tuner part can be turned off in an interlocked manner with turning off of the main power of the monitor part, even if the main power of the monitor part is turned off, by providing the monitor part with a power accumulation means for holding a power on state for fixed time, even if a main power switch is turned off; a main power off detection means for detecting that the main power switch is turned off; a main power off information transmitting means for transmitting main power off information to the tuner part, and providing the tuner part with a main power off information receiving means for receiving the main power off information from the monitor part; and a power control means for controlling the power of the tuner part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
