<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade server system in which the limitation of a configuration about power supply is eliminated in a blade server system. <P>SOLUTION: The blade server system has: a plurality of slots of IO interfaces; and an IO slot module for providing a slot for an IO interface that can be occupied or shared by each blade server by being mounted or connected on/to a chassis of the blade server system, wherein the IO slot module includes a means for supplying maximum power specified by a card of an IO interface inserted into the slot to thereby eliminate the configuration limitation of a combination of cards by the power consumption of the card of an IO interface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
