<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute questionnaires to an unspecified number of unregistered persons to be investigated, take statistics on answers with high reliability by asking a minimum number of questions, and achieve stable operations even when a load is concentrated on a server and communication line due to reception of the answers, in questionnaire survey. <P>SOLUTION: The questionnaire questions using a two-dimensional code are distributed to an answer terminal for reading a two-dimensional code. Attributes of a population with respect to each question are equalized under a predetermined statistical reliability by an algorithm using random numbers when selecting a question, and loads on a server and communication line are obtained to change the method to send the question. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
