<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel which improves accuracy and responsibility and has high optical transparency about a touch panel, especially about a touch panel using a carbon nanotube film. <P>SOLUTION: The touch panel includes a substrate, a transparent conductive layer disposed on the substrate, and at least two electrodes separately disposed at a predetermined distance, and respectively connected with the transparent conductive layer.
