<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately perform air conditioner diagnosis by easily and accurately grasping the cause of abnormality in an air conditioner and the degree of the abnormality. <P>SOLUTION: An air conditioner diagnostic device 1 is equipped with a set temperature acquiring part and an actual temperature acquiring part 11, a temperature difference calculating part 12, a temperature divergence determining part 13, a temperature divergence factor setting part 15, and an output command part 17. The set temperature acquiring part and the actual temperature acquiring part 11 obtain a set temperature of an air conditioner 70 and an actual temperature of an air conditioning space. The temperature difference calculating part 12 calculates the difference between the set temperature and the actual temperature at a plurality of times. The temperature divergence determining part 13 determines whether or not the temperature difference exceeds a prescribed value. The temperature divergence factor setting part 15 associates and sets the divergence factor between the set temperature and the actual temperature with a time band in which the effect of the divergence factor is large. The output command part 17 outputs the number of times of temperature divergences which is the number of times the temperature difference exceeds the prescribed value for each divergence factor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
