<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply device capable of being properly shared by a plurality of family units and performing confirmation of the safety and emergency contact at least between two family units. <P>SOLUTION: This hot water supply device 100 for the plurality of family units including at least a first family unit and a second family unit, comprises a hot water storage tank 20, a hot water producing means 15 having a heat pump unit 1 as a heating element, a first hot water supply passage 3A for the first family unit, a second hot water supply passage 3B for the second family unit, first mixing valves 71, 72 disposed in the first hot water supply passage 3A, second mixing valves 73, 74 disposed in the second hot water supply passage 3B, a first operation terminal 6A for the first family unit, a second operation terminal 6B for the second family unit, and a control means 8.
