<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for plugging a turbine wheel hole 120 in a turbine wheel 112. <P>SOLUTION: This device includes main bodies 142, 162 which are formed in such sizes that the bodies fit tightly into the turbine wheel hole 120, first flanges 144 at first ends of the main bodies 142, 162, second flanges 148 at second ends of the main bodies 142, 162.
