PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a model of a pinball game machine capable of providing a novel game while retaining the familiarity by partly adopting conventional specifications. SOLUTION: The pinball game machine has a first starting hole 62 and a second starting hole 63 in a game area for game balls to enter. A first lottery means 126 executes a first lottery and a second lottery means 128 executes a second lottery. A first symbol determining means 138 refers to a first variation pattern table and determines a variation pattern of first special symbols indicating the result of the first lottery. A second symbol determining means 140 refers to a second variation pattern table and determines a variation pattern of second special symbols indicating the result of the second lottery. The first special symbols are displayed in a mode of symbol variation in a first special symbol display device 70, and the second special symbols are displayed in a mode of symbols variation in a second special symbol display device 71. A main display control means 118 variably displays the first special symbols in the first special symbol display device 70, and variably displays the second special symbols in the second special symbol display device 71.
