PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion type inorganic electroluminescent panel which has high brightness. SOLUTION: This is the dispersion type electroluminescent panel which has a light-emitting layer 3 and a dielectric layer 4 between electrodes 2, 5. The light-emitting layer 3 contains inorganic phosphor composed of ZnS and organic dye composed of 3-(2'-benzothiazolyl)-7-diethylaminocoumarin. By substantially converting light-emitting energy of the inorganic phosphor to light-emitting energy of the organic dye, light emission of the organic dye having the high brightness is obtained.
