PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant freshness-retaining agent that can preserve a plant in a fresh state for a long period of time without causing changes in its shape and good feel. SOLUTION: The plant freshness-retaining agent comprises the following ingredients (a)-(c): (a) a random-type alkylene oxide derivative having a specific structure; (b) a block-type alkylene oxide derivative having a specific structure; (c) a humectant.
