PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle electronic device which has a hinge structure having a simple structure, manufactured at low cost and capable of corresponding to various requirements. SOLUTION: A display panel storage case (a panel) 2 is attached to a case body 1 via a hinge component 25. The hinge component is so constituted that a body 26 has one end cantilevered to the case body to prevent its rotation and the other end inserted into a through-hole 21 provided at the side edge of the panel so that the panel can normally/inversely rotate about the hinge component. The other end side of the body 26 has a second locking pawl 30 with a spring property, formed to curvedly extend along the circumference, and having a projection portion 30a at its tip projecting to the outer circumferential face side. The through-hole, at its inner circumferential face, is provided with a first projection 31 provided at a location to come into contact with the projection portion when the panel is closed and retain its closed state, and a second projection 32 provided at a location to make contact with the projection portion when the panel is opened and retain its opened state.
