PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerator grip fixing device for extremely simply and quickly returning an accelerator grip from a state being fixed to a given rotating position to a free state. SOLUTION: This accelerator grip fixing device includes a grip pulley 3 synchronously rotating with an accelerator grip 2 and formed with rachet teeth 4 at its outer circumference, an engagement projection 21 cantilevered at a free end, a ratchet arm 20 having a pushing projection 22, and a cam part 35 having a slope face 33 and a flat face 34 at the tip of an operating lever 32 of an operation pushing part 31, wherein the operating lever 32, at its intermediate part, has a grip opening retention switch 30 having a locking claw part 36. The retention switch 30 located inside a switch case 38 is pushed toward one side A by a switch return spring 40, the locking claw part 36 is disposed facing a locking step part 42, and the upper side face 32b of the operating lever 32 is disposed to be pushed to a regulation piece 42 by a spring 43.
