PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting head and a liquid jetting apparatus which attain miniaturization of a driving circuit and cost reduction by efficiently carrying out heat radiation of the driving circuit, and can improve liquid jetting characteristics by improving durability of the driving circuit. SOLUTION: The liquid jetting head includes a flow channel forming substrate 22 in which pressure generation chambers 21 communicating with nozzle openings 34 are formed, pressure generating means 40 which are prepared on the flow channel forming substrate 22 to make pressure generation chambers 21 generate pressure change, and a flexible printed circuit board 50 to which the driving circuit 60 electrically connected to the pressure generating means 40 to drive the pressure generating means 40 is set. The driving circuit 60 of the flexible printed circuit board 50 has a heat radiation layer 54 in a region opposite to at least the driving circuit 60 of a surface of the opposite side to a surface on which the driving circuit is mounted.
