<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equalizer constructed by a CMOS process. <P>SOLUTION: The equalizer 100 shapes waveforms of input differential signals IN1 and IN2. A plurality of differential amplifiers 10a to 10c are connected in a cascade fashion. Each of the differential amplifiers 10a to 10c includes an input differential pair 12 including two transistors (MOSFETs) M1 and M2, and an impedance circuit 14. A frequency characteristic of a gain of each stage is individually set. The gain g3 of the differential amplifier 10c on the final stage is set to the lowest value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
