<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-servo variable type brake device capable of exhibiting appropriate self-servo functions by actuators with small capacity even in any conditions and of securing self-servo performance even during backward traveling. <P>SOLUTION: The self-servo variable type brake device is provided with a self-servo mechanism for increasing pressing force on a disk rotor 2 by an inner pad 3 which is pressed on the disk rotor 2 along with drive of the inner pad 3 to the rotation tangential line of the disk rotor 2 by the actuators 6, 7 and is corotated due to frictional force of the inner pad 3 and the disk rotor 2 caused by the pressing of the inner pad 3. Since a self-servo variable mechanism 21 capable of optionally adjusting a self-servo ratio is attached to the self-servo mechanism, even if a friction coefficient between the inner pad 3 and an outer pad 4 and the disk rotor 2 is changed, self-servo variable functions capable of obtaining appropriate and stable control force at low cost can be exhibited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
