摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating air conditioning facility capable of automatically and stably ventilating and air conditioning the inside of a building having a radiation control area of a nuclear power plant with high efficiency and at a low cost. SOLUTION: The ventilating air conditioning facility is composed of a supply air treating apparatus 4; an exhaust air treating apparatus 15; a heat exchanger 7; ducts 6, 8 supplying fresh air treated by the supply air treating apparatus 4, into the building 19 through the heat exchanger 7; a bypass duct 9 supplying the fresh air into the building 19 without going through the heat exchanger 7; ducts 11, 12 leading exhaust air from the inside of the building 19 to the exhaust air treating apparatus 15 through the heat exchanger 7; a bypass duct 13 leading the exhaust air to the exhaust air treating apparatus 15 without going through the heat exchanger 7; an automatic air quantity regulating damper 22 provided at one of the bypass ducts 9, 13; and a temperature detector 20 detecting the temperature of the fresh air supplied into the building 19.
