PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bus device for efficiently performing access from a plurality of bus masters to a plurality of bus slaves at the same time. SOLUTION: Slave distribution parts 4-1 to 4-n distribute transfer data from a plurality bus masters 2-1 to 2-n by bus slaves 3-1 to 3-m. Sub-buses 5-1 to 5-m store the distributed data for each of the bus slaves 3-1 to 3-m, and extract and transfer the highest-priority data for each of the bus slaves 3-1 to 3-m from among the data. A reading data selection part 6 distributes the transfer data from the plurality of bus slaves 3-1 to 3-m to each of bus masers 2-1 to 2-m.
