PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image blurring correction device capable of reducing waste of a limit domain of lens performance. SOLUTION: The image blurring correction device has a rotation coordinate conversion means for rotating and converting blurring amounts in the direction of two detection axes to two correction axes, respectively, and a dislocation amount restriction means for restricting the displacement amounts based on a displacement amount restriction value calculated from radius of a performance limitation circle of a correction lens, wherein the displacement amount restriction means restricts the displacement amount at least twice, to a detection result of a blurring detection means (Fig.5(a)), and to an operation result (Fig.5(c)) after rotation coordinate conversion from the detection axes to the correction axes (Fig.5(b)).
