PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of performing an appropriate game in accordance with its prize-winning memory, irrespective of its installation conditions. SOLUTION: A game machine provided with a game control means for generating a special game based on the result by a detection means includes: a storage member for storing enclosed balls in a storage section; a dividing means for dividing the enclosed balls flowing after released, into those to go to a special winning pocket and those to go to a general winning pocket; and a transport means for collecting the enclosed balls that have entered the special winning pocket and the general winning pocket and then sending back them to the storage section. The game control means includes a memory means for memorizing randomly extracted number values, a determination means for determining whether or not the special game has been generated, and a determination means for deciding the timing of releasing the enclosed balls based on the result by the determination means. The determination means includes: a release means for releasing the stored balls at the time of guiding the enclosed balls into the special winning pocket in case of generating a special game; and another release means for releasing the stored balls at the time of guiding the enclosed balls into the general winning pocket when the special game is not generated, so as to control the transport of the enclosed balls by the transport means in synchronization with the timing of releasing the stored balls.
