PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unlock device for a seat back capable of restricting a fall of a strap into the seat back and improved in appearance. SOLUTION: This unlock device for a seat back 1 can fall the seat back 1 forward by pulling an upper part of a strap 3 having a predetermined width out of an opening 12a of a finisher 12 formed at the top 1a of the seat back 1 so as to be exposed and pulling the strap 3 out of the opening 12a so as to release a lock mechanism provided in of the seat back 1. A cover 33 protruding from a wide surface of the strap 3 is provided near the opening 12a of a folded part 32 of the strap 3 exposed by being pulled out of the opening 12a of the finisher 12.
