PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide air conditioning equipment having high energy saving effects. SOLUTION: The air conditioning equipment is provided with a refrigeration circuit 2 in which a compressor 26, a first heat exchanger 22, an expansion valve 24 and a second heat exchanger 25 are interconnected by piping to reversibly constitute refrigerant circulation and which performs a refrigeration cycle; a total heat exchanger 32 for exchanging sensible heat and latent heat; a sensible heat exchanger 33 for exchanging sensible heat; and a flow passage 31 for sending outdoor air to the total heat exchanger 32, the sensible heat exchanger 33, the outer surface of the second heat exchanger 25, the sensible heat exchanger 33, an indoor space 4, the total heat exchanger 32 and the outer surface of the first heat exchanger 22 in this order. The total heat exchanger 32 is constituted to enable heat exchange between air introduced from outdoor and air introduced from the indoor space 4, and the sensible heat exchanger 33 is constituted to enable heat exchange between air passed through the total heat exchanger 32 and air passed through the outer surface of the second heat exchanger 25. Each of the first and second heat exchangers 22, 25 is constituted to enable heat exchange between air introduced to the outer surface and a refrigerant passing through inside.
