Provided is a bearing-less motor, which is enabled to perform stable magnetic floating rotations even in a wide gap length by eliminating a thrust disc. A stator (41) and an iron core (61) constitute a unit (101) of a first bearing-less motor, and a stator (43) and an iron core (63) constitute a unit (103) of a second bearing-less motor. Between these unit (101) and unit (103), moreover, there is newly arranged a thrust magnetic bearing unit (102) which is composed of an iron core (62) and a stator (42) and given a thrust magnetic bearing function. A stator-side annular thrust permanent magnet (73) and a rotor-side annular thrust permanent magnet (81) are mounted between the unit (101) and the unit (103), and a stator-side annular thrust permanent magnet (75) and a rotor-side annular thrust permanent magnet (83) are mounted between the unit (102) and the unit (103).
