<p>A method, kit, and system to separate muscle fiber prior to threading pedicle screws and a barrier to inhibit tissue creep into the surgical site and/or resist withdrawal of a dilator. By separating the muscle fiber prior to threading the pedicle screws, the muscle fiber does not need to be cut to place rods, which facilitates minimally invasive surgical methods.</p> |
